Refund policy

We ask that you please read our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing.

Poppy & Gold Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original form of payment. 

Items can be returned within 15 DAYS from the date your items were delivered or picked up.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, smoke-free and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning please securely pack and seal items with the invoice included. Please pack in an appropriate shipping box or other from postage packaging as we are not liable for packages, we do not ship ourselves. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 days of delivery. 


Non-returnable items
ALL SHOES, JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.


Exchanges
To ensure you receive your exchanged item fast you will need to start your return process as soon as possible. If your return is accepted a charge of $7.95 will be charged for shipping the new size or exchanged item.
